Relieve Bipolar Sleep Apnea

Dave was working from the break of dawn

Bipolar people on medications oftentimes have trouble sleeping at night. I found that Dave, on no meds whatever, also had trouble sleeping at night. If he could finally crash and burn for 2 hours in the darkness after midnight, he felt that was all he could get. Then he was up and out the door and up the hill, doing firewood from the break of dawn till late at night. Same cycle over and over again.

When I came on the scene, I knew nothing about bipolar, nothing about sleep deprivation or sleep apnea. But I was a strong believer in health and wellness through diet, supplementation, pursuing soul peace through prayer and relationship with God, Himself. Dave willingly put himself into my hands because he felt deeply cared for and he had no other solutions. Sleep deprivation and bipolar sleep apnea was SURELY killing him!

Since I’ve known him, Dave has not used prescription drugs or any over the counter meds except pain relievers (50 broken bones over the years). In the past, he was forced to take drugs as part of a government program. But in recent years his sleep patterns have gotten progressively better. From 2 hours per night, he’s moved to 5 or 6 hours per night…and last night it was SIX HOURS! Hurrah for great success! And we’re able to soothe away the severest sleep apnea symptoms using peppermint oil under his nose and on his pillow case….and flag lignans as a supplement twice a day. The flax lignans simply heal his immune system, which makes his body able to lessen the sleep apnea symptoms (roarings, snortings, sudden starts and stops, growls and rumblings, terrible interruptions to OUR sleep).

Please! TAKE NOTE, because something is working here.

I recommend you follow our blog, read what we’ve written, and prove to yourself by experimentation that there’s another way. You can add our health and wellness regimen to any treatment plan you’re already
doing.

All bipolar people need a treatment plan that includes lifestyle changes, ways to control their thoughts, and alternative methods of healing…and I will admit, some believe they can’t manage without drugs. Bipolar people need immediate help and the G-3 juice by Pharmanex will give immediate antioxidant raising help. Your brain is influenced by eating drugs and by eating food and drink; by the things you see and smell and touch and think…

We recommend:

…the essential oils from Young Living (sponsor #605520) Try Peace
and Calming or Forgiveness (these are blends). Browse.

…the dietary supplements from Pharmanex (sponsor #US8375848) G-3 Juice and LifePak Nano.
…flax lignans from ARAI (tell them Dianne Wandruff Hansen sent you!)
…a daily plan how to control thoughts
…a growing relationship with God, Himself
…a peaceful home and work situation…continually protecting and growing this feeling of peace

We’re managing Dave’s bipolar very successfully and we want to share our methods with YOU. You need a treatment plan that works very quickly.
