Exercise for 30 minutes 3 times a week...see results...Be Happy.

Exercise for 30 minutes 3X week

You may know that we follow Dr. Ann Blake Tracy’s teachings and insights about the harmful effects of psychotropic drugs (mind altering/anti-depressant drugs) on men, women, and children. Scientific data supports her view that serotonin must not be increased in the body…but that’s just what anti-depressants do: they cause serotonin NOT to be metabolized, but to be increased and stored in toxic dump sites throughout the body. Serotonin is stored as gooey, glossy, white lumps on heart valves and in the brain. Stored serotonin/increased levels of serotonin in the body is a symptom found in depression, bipolar, anorexia and Alzheimer’s, to name a few conditions.

Even women with PMS symptoms are now being given the psychotropic meds, causing their serotonin levels to rise dramatically. This is Bad! No one should take these drugs because they’ve been proven not to work as well as sugar pills. The anti-depressants don’t work as well as exercising 3 times a week. In fact, exercising for 1/2 hour, 3 times a week, is 8 times more effective for the prevention and healing of depression (chemical imbalance in the brain) than any of the anti-depressants. That will r e a l l y make you feel good!

If you would like to learn more about how to get off anti-depressants, go to Dr. Ann Blake Tracy’s website. She offers a book there called Prozac: Panacea or Pandora and she recommends specific Young Living Essential Oils for healing your brain and total body. The specific oils she recommends the most are Brain Power, Joy and Clarity (2 oil blends used together), Valor, & Peace and Calming. She makes a point of recommending you regulate your blood sugar with supplementation (PowerMeal from YL).

We want you to learn from Dr. Tracy, but remember to purchase your YL oils from us! We’ll give you personal support and teach you how to use the oils and supplements that will put you on the path to health and prosperity.

There’s much to learn and you might be surprised to know that scientific studies and printed data prove that oils like Frankincense heal cancer and oils like Balsam Fir regulate cortisol (the death hormone).

Young Living provides training material with each order you make and we have a system of training audios and videos and conference calls as well. You’ll never be alone…

Thank you very much for the kind words and reference. Good article, but I thought I should correct one mistake. I do this only because I want people to know that it is not quite as difficult as it might sound. The study showed that exercise for half and hour three times PER WEEK (NOT PER DAY) is eight times more effective than an antidepressant. Didn’t want people falling into bed each night from exhaustion! :-) :-)

And besides the book you will also find on the website an hour and a half long tape or CD that tells you the safest most effective way to come off an antidepressant while you begin to use the oils that will help you regain your health.

And THANKS to those of you who are working to let others know that there is a way to get well and live a normal life again!

Your simple recommendations are a GIFT to us all. Each and everyone of us could benefit from your wisdom and dramatically improve our health by taking one step at a time as you recommend. Most important is empowering ourselves to heal and I appreciate how you reveal how to take responsibility for ourselves rather than give up our power to the medical profession by popping pills which are proven to be ineffective.
    Thank you.
