Prevention is a hundred times easier and safer than correction in any health issue – mental or physical. Subduing the symptoms of Bipolar Mania or Depression with heavy drugs does absolutely nothing to alleviate the cause of the condition and they are very detrimental to the overall health of the victim.

Mercury Poisoning and Bipolar Disorder

I have before me a list of 124 symptoms of mercury poisoning which is incomplete compared to other lists I have seen. I woke up (VERY slowly) this morning with evidence of many of these symptoms which affect psychological and behavioral, cardovascular, digestive, immune, oral cavity, central nervous, endocrine, skin, and energy systems. Enough to keep me from playing my beloved racquetball today!
