October 18, 2008 .Bipolar people on medications oftentimes have trouble sleeping at night. I found that Dave, on no meds whatever, also had trouble sleeping at night. If he could finally crash and burn for 2 hours in the darkness after midnight, he felt that was all he could get. Then he was up and out the door and up the hill, doing firewood from the break of dawn till late at night. Same cycle over and over again.

A person can die overnight from seratonin poisoning due to accumulation from seratonin-raising antidepressant drugs.

Now he sleeps around 6 hours a night quite regularly, especially in our Montana wintertimes, when we have fewer daylight hours. The darkness helps him sleep later.

September 10, 2008 .But nowadays he can function at high levels and maintain strength. It’s amazing and I’m soooo happy to say his life is transformed. All without the use of drugs or over the counter meds. No pain pills. And he doesn’t make himself sick like he used to when working really hard…he just bounces back!
