Eat Clean Diet for Men

Posted by David B. and Dianne Hansen | July 13, 2009 .

This Eat Clean Recipe is marvelous and tastes so good! But it’s acidic food. Because most food, including meat kabobs are highly acidic and the average person can’t tolerate totally raw ALKALINE vegetable and fruit meals every single day, we highly recommend you change the water you drink. Conventional water is acidic (city, country wells, bottled, tap, distilled, spring waters = acidic or filled with alkaline minerals like calcium that are not usable by your body).
