Sugar Binges Cause Bipolar Mental Imbalances
Sugar binges cause trouble. This we know by experience. The latest experience was over the Christmas holidays. Christmas sweet treats are a tremendous temptation.
Dr. Anne Tracy, one of our favorite mentors, suggests bipolar people need to get their sugar imbalances under control asap. She also maintains that generally speaking, teens have manic tendencies because they eat a lot of sugar.
Author Sally Fallon, in her masterpiece Nourishing Traditions, teaches that when you eat sweets, carbs, white sugar, white flour… you’re eating negative calories. It’s like drawing from your life’s savings account. “If continued withdrawals are made faster than new funds are put in, the account will eventually become depleted. Some people may go longer than others without overt suffering, but eventually all will feel the effects of this inexorable law. If you were fortunate enough to be born with an excellent constitution, you may be able to eat unlimited quantities of sugar with relative impunity, but your children’s or your grandchildren’s inheritance will be one of impoverished reserves.”
We state emphatically, along with Dr. Anne Blake Tracy of www.drugawareness.org, that bipolar people need to regulate their blood sugar right away. It’s MOST important!
Every time Dave goes on a sugar binge, the results are manic tendencies. Is it worth it?
On one hand, Dave likes to feel large and in charge. He likes to feel like a genius.
But on the other hand, no one else perceives him that way. Others are scared of mania and scared of how mania might progress…
No, it’s not worth it to go on a sugar binge. Replace your unhealthy sweets with better choices. We recommend you get Sally Fallon’s treasure book of recipes and nutritional knowledge: Nourishing Traditions.
We also recommend you begin drinking alkaline Kangen Water(tm) because it allows your body to heal itself. When you replace acidity with alkalinity in your body and brain, your body can find it’s balance again. Get our free ebook about Alkaline Body Balance right here.

Bipolar Chemical Imbalances
External influences come from life circumstances or from people in our environment whether real, virtual, or in print. Not so much from their actions, but from how we perceive them and how we react to them. There are chemical imbalances in our brains that damage our ability to carry on “normal” cognitive reasoning. Chemical imbalances are brought on by those things or combination of things we ingest – and our body’s ability to process or eliminate those things that are harmful to our function.
Long before I ever heard the terms bipolar or manic depressive, I often described the symptoms of an episode as feeling like “my body chemistry is all out of whack and my body electricity is short circuited or cross-wired”. I also often felt like my “blood was full of battery acid”. Little did I know then how accurate my observations really were.
I sincerely believe that all my bipolar-manic depressive episodes (as well as many, many medical and dental problems) could have been avoided had I only been educated about the importance of maintaining a proper alkaline pH through diet and drinking water.
I’ve come to believe the optimal hydration of my body cells through ionized Kangen Water ™ is THE most important for me. Everything that moves in your body, moves through water. Even your thoughts. How “dirty” is your water? – Really!? You’d be surprised.
The most offensive substances to my acid-alkaline “balance” seem to be sugar and refined or processed foods. I just proved that again by going on a sugar/refined foods binge.
The Manic Depressive Stick looks just like the Bipolar Stick except it’s in a vertical position – the manic being the up end. More on that and what happens when the two get crossed – later.

Bipolar DRUGS Useful for Bringing the United States Down
Lee Kessler is a professional actress for nearly 30 years, who has had the opportunity to play historical figures. She writes: ” I challenged myself to figure out what the second-in-command of Al Qaeda was actually doing, and to see if his reach extended into the United States in ways we weren’t aware of.
And imagine that, as the events of 2003 and 2004 unfolded, all of my predictions and evaluations proved true. It seems I had “reconnected the dots” of current events. This is the picture that emerged, fictionalized in order to tell the story. It is fact, where the facts were known; and it is fiction where they were not—done to connect the people and events, and reveal a new picture. What emerged is the story of White King and the Doctor.”
In Lee’s second book, White King Rising, she uncovers statistically the decline of education in the United States and evidence of the decline in the health of Americans. All the symptoms of a “dying generation” of young people are uncovered and displayed (dropping out, apathy, hopelessness, anger, depression, teen pregnancy, drug usage, no self-respect, no money, loneliness, excessive tv watching and internet usage, promiscuity, deadbeat fathers and mothers, obesity, intolerance, class separation, no parental supervision, and much much more).
Lee maintains that the goal of Al Qaeda is to weaken the minds of our youth in ways similar to the old Soviet cold war methods. The stupider we become the more we rely on the opinions of authority figures like news casters and doctors. The old Soviet plan of internal attack then called for a compromise of the authority figures. Enter Al Qaeda.
The Soviets almost beat us. They knew the United States of America would never fall from a stand up attack, so they attacked us from within using ideas. Enter Al Qaeda.
But we can fight ideas with ideas. Instead of acknowledging popular propaganda regarding the use of antidepressants and bipolar meds, we can embrace the idea that the body and the mind can be controlled or manipulated or made better by other means than just big pharma drugs.
Lee’s books detail how to fight the ideas that have led our people to open their arms to the pharmaceutical industry and burden themselves with prescriptions drugs of every kind… for every age level, for every part of the body.
Since the publication of her suspense novel entitled White King and the Doctor, she has made numerous radio and television appearances discussing the book’s relevance to the outcome of the War on Terror, and has spoken often at book signings on both coasts. View her now as she presents on Daytime.
“The long awaited follow-up to Lee Kessler’s White King and the Doctor does not disappoint in its fast-paced and thought provoking journey into the highest levels of Al Qaeda’s leadership, while peeling away one layer after another of our adversaries’ true intent and ongoing strategy. The stunning prophetic accuracy of a book that was written ahead of real world events is enough to keep one awake at night wondering if anyone in a position of leadership in our United States is paying attention to the possibility that Lee Kessler is actually chess moves ahead in her thought process.
Her first two offerings read like the best of Tom Clancy, carry the suspense and intrigue of a John Grisham classic, and could easily be the script for the next season of 24. My only regret after finishing part two of this journey is that there is not a 3rd installment that I can immediately dive into.”—Vince Rush, Owner of Rush International & Cincinnati Sports Photography, Cincinnati, Ohio
The BiPolar Disorder Stick
“Bipolars” have a hard time keeping an even keel with a firm grip in the middle of a well-balanced stick. (horizontal stick like a teeter-totter)
Most of the time we are on one end of the stick or the other, depending on what influences we receive from our external and internal environments. On the positive or right side of the stick, we can be happy-go-lucky, funny, outgoing and even debonair, with a very (maybe too very) optimistic appearance in the game of Life. The game of Life is a RACE from the basket to the casket that we all have to run.
On the left or negative side, we can be moody, depressed, isolated, angry, sad, and very pessimistic. In extreme cases we can become aggressively violent or suicidal.
Sometimes the bipolar trip is like a leisurely Sunday drive over sunny hills that have long muddy bogs in the valleys. Sometimes it’s like riding a really fast roller coaster as we travel from one end of the stick to the other.
All my life I’ve bounced back and forth between positive and negative, trying to get in the middle. It was in late April 2009, that Dianne and I bought our first Kangen Water ™ machine. Do I think Kangen Water ™ has an affect on BiPolar? OH YEAH! For one thing it cleans my brain.
Two or three nights ago I slept straight through the night without dreaming. I don’t ever remember doing this before!
Usually my dreams are outstandingly colorful with surround sound. There can be four different images at the same time, in different layers. They can be musical like a Broadway production – so vivid and alive and I feel completely weightless during these experiences. I’ve dreamed some epic stories that should be made into movies. Box Office Busters.
In my musical dreams:
- the scale has not eight notes, but 144.
- Colors have a musical tone.
- Colors have a smell and
- Colors have a taste. This may be a foretaste of Heaven….
